The open road plus knowing I have the support of Schneider no matter where I am.

They were very up front. Offered me a letter of understanding with clear instructions for orientation and explicitly stated compensation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Driver pay is quite good. No it's not too pay for the industry, but it's good enough and is worth it considering Schneider is such a wonderful employer. Can't put a price on safety and integrity.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rational problem solvers who will never play favorites. They balance the needs of customers, drivers, and Schneider in very good faith. Safe and respectful culture. I've been a driver for 4 years with them and would continue on as a leader if they had openings in my area. Wonderful company.
