What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Everyone doing their job instead expecting others to pickup the slack for them to be able to do nothing.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Completely remove all employees and rehire with strict policies on their capabilities as well as attitudes and personalities. Hiring those with personalities that are detrimental to harmonious work environments can destroy a company from the inside without even know what happened.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Respect would be a good start, as well as a fair and honest work environment. Where I can see everyone doing their part to get the work done. Unfortunately, it is only working to exhaustion while the managers favorites do nothing and still get paid.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Responsibility for ones actions. Punishment for those that do wrong and rewards for those that go beyond expectations. The hard workers are getting used up and thrown away while the lazy ones do nothing and get raises while laughing at the workers that are under appreciated.
