What do you like best about the leadership team?
Responsive and compassionate leadership team
Very thoughtful decisions. They're good at explaining changes to the team. They have a strong preference for creating a good team experience/culture, and it shows. They're human.
They are bright, supportive and transparent
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is determined through geo/level for the job being done, and is set at the higher end of the market (75th percentile?). There's no negotiating. This process helps removes undue pay differences you generally see between men/women, extroverts/introverts, native English speakers/non-native.

Very smart and very human - there are no egos here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A large group of bright, motivated and quality humans all working towards a common goal. Oh, and as a whole- a fun group.
