Securitas Security Services USA Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pay that was raised from 18.50/hr to 23/hr according to DHMF switching to union that Securitas deemed it necessary to raise the pay for non-DHMF employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

salary is good for work done

I don't get one, I don't know.

health, 401k, weekly wages, PTO

Monthly comissions and weekly pay. Could be about 10k more though

Both base pay and bonus.

Not Applicable to me currently

Review from Operations Dept

I’ve worked in companies without sick pay, so I’m just happy having

Review from Operations Dept

Your health insurance you offer is not good

Securitas has a great vision care package

Review from Admin Dept

Paid time off. But make sure you never use it or they will shame you.

Review from HR Dept

Review from Customer Success Dept

I am not full time yet so I dont get benefits, but they seem to be very good benefits.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Extra Pay on holidays I guess

Just knowing that I don’t have to be concerned if I am going to get paid or when I might get paid has brought my stress level down so very much. Plus the benefits are extremely nice and I have been s

Review from Operations Dept

It's not as good as it has to be.

Review from Operations Dept

fair wage for hours worked time off when i need it family leave

the pay is good and i love my hours

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

THE NUMBER OF THINGS WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH & DEAL WITH, A PAY INCREASE SHOULD BE A CONVERSATION & PRIORITY.

One small raise in over four years will make anyone feel undervalued. A significant increase in wage would make most people feel better.

Because other companies that are smaller pay better and offer paid health insurance. And PTO . They don't appreciate the faithful workers staying with them throughout the years. They compensate new employees better than the employees they been having for years

Review from Customer Support Dept

Supervisor need to submit payoll accurately. quit taking our money out of our paychecks that we did not authorize to be taken..

I have a good position there. And it got taken away from me not even a chance. I only been in for 7 months did not get much training

Hours smh i went from 60 hours a week to 30 but that was after a fire investigation that was over a month

paid vacation and better health insurance

Being told the right information and being made aware of all policy and procedures.

I don't feel undervalued, but simply have had no experience with the company's compensation package

Review from Admin Dept

should charge less for health benefits

Value for a person in this company is complete absent. I have been with the company for 6+ years. I have felt so taken for granted and well as ignored or treat extremely unfairly. If they actually started to appreciate us then that would be a start.

If it came even close to the cost of living.

Give all workers 4 weeks PTO, boot allowance, shift differential

Review from Operations Dept

Get underpaid and no appreciation

a meeting was held without me about me an i was removed from my position

Better wages, pto, sick days, vacation days

Review from Operations Dept

Yes I was. Increase pay with job duties (never happened). Pay increase to match minimum wage (never happened).

We were left out as essential workers we didn't get the 2 dollar extra like the stores etc. We were excluded and we worked thru it.

You cant afford benefits offered.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Livable wage better pay being able to take time off when needed not when they want to approve it being able to cash out pto if not able to use it
