Hire people who are mature and responsible and care about their appearance.
Telling them what they can and cant do makes them hate us
They see us as less than them because of the pay, and in general seeing us as temp secretaries means that they don't value us as security
They care about making a buck over their employees
Leadership only cares about themselves. If you were to fix this and promote competent staff and put them in leadership it may fix the issue.

Corporate doesn't maintain an open line of communication with the client. The client needs to know what's going on with Securitas and their staff
