The purpose of our company is to disrupt the publishing industry, put the publishers out of business, and show people that self publishing is not only an option, it's the BEST option. What makes you most happy at work?

We are changing the future of publishing and helping authors achieve their dreams. It's the most fun I have had in a long time at work!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are honest, they give their best, and they care about you as a person in addition to your performance. They gave me special exceptions to vacations and time off I needed for my family that is invaluable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have a culture of improvement. "Best is Standard" is one of our pillars. This is both a good and hard because it requires you to bring your best every day and when you "mail it in" it shows and it's not something you can hide. I think that is both good and challenging.
