Everyone pulls their weight, I enjoy their company and everyone cares for one another's well being.

The ability to speak with multiple people in different roles at the company. Gives a well rounded perspective.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
A diverse and fun group of individuals trying many different routes to keep employees engaged while growing the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
These are people I would (and do) hang out with off the clock! They are motivated, fun, and caring humans.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The extensive benefits package includes things I'd expect from a job/company but also includes some bonus benefits that make us feel appreciated as individuals!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our benefits are a nice addition, however some of those that I don't use as frequently I would prefer be directly moved into my salary.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We get to engage with the leadership team every day, which I find rare. They are open and honest about company changes and overall great people!
