I wouldn't change anything. The people who are unhappy seem to be the types of people who are always unhappy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that each year we receive a one pager that outlines our entire package - salary, benefits, stock options, etc. It includes details on stipends for things such as parking, food, gym. I didn't realize how much money I was saving in those areas until they spelled it out for me.
