The culture at SendGrid is its true differentiator. We truly only hire people who fit in with SendGrid's 4H culture- happy, hungry, humble, honest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are some of the best people I've ever worked with. My direct team of 10+ has had no IC attrition since I started (2+yrs ago)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team believes in servant leadership. This is an amazing philosophy that puts the executives at the bottom of the org trying to help those above them.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I truly believe higher ups (managers to executives) care about my individual success and the success of not only their own departments but the overall company.
