They really want to lend a helping hand. They don't just operate based on their team goals, they think about what's doing right for our customers. It's really easy to collaborate at SendGrid.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sameer is one of the best CEOs I've ever worked for. He is personally invested in helping his executive team be the best leaders they can be and it just trickles down from there. He is a true servant leader and without him SendGrid wouldn't be so invested its people.
