The leadership team at Sendgrid epitomizes servant leadership every day and inspires us all to bring our 4 H's everyday to work and just be better people.

At Sendgrid the 4Hs are just lip service. You get to see them lived out every day from our leadership team from the CEO down to managers it's just how we are at Sendgrid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never had a group of co-workers more engaged and able to hold each other accountable while staying happy than at Sendgrid. They inspire me to be better everyday just to keep up with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone at Sendgrid is capital H Hungry but never at the expense of your personal life and each team is happy to help cover the load if life comes up because they know you will do the same for them without even being asked.
