I feel like I can be myself around my team. There is a feeling of inclusion that I don't think you get at all companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
SendGrid emphasises servant leadership and demonstrates it on a daily basis. I love how open and willing our leadership team are to helping individual contributors.
What makes you most happy at work?
It sounds cliche but SendGrid is all about the 4H culture and is like one big family. Unlike other companies I've worked at, everyone is working towards the same goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
SendGrid covers employees in a range of different ways including parking / cell phone / gym / lunch etc. When you take a step back you realize how many things SendGrid actually takes care of.
