The leadership team is honest and thoughtful about every decision they make. They're all amazing human beings that really care about our wellbeing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is supportive of one another and management really puts emphasis on taking care of yourself. They really try to keep employees productive by making sure we don't burn out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The additional perk of getting free food on a daily basis is amazing. Makes it easy for me to save hundreds of dollars a month I would otherwise spend on lunch!
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on meaningful, yet challenging projects. I'm encouraged to use my voice and expertise to make my work the best it can possibly be. I'm constantly learning, yet I feel like I have a manageable amount of work to complete in a reasonable amount of time.
