Very positive. They've allowed me to grow professionally and continue to push myself. Every time I've done well or achieved something for the company, I'm rewarded fairly.

Everyone lives and breaths the 4h's.

They give much more equity when compared to similar tech companies.

The people here are smart, friendly, and care about each other.

Being challenged and given a lot of responsibility, or at least freedom of responsibility.

Being able to help make my coworkers successful and meeting stretch goals to help the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Engineering leadership lacks vision, and there is a disturbingly low amount of tech expertise at the top.

The interview process is exhaustive but it all feels worthwhile. Meeting with the actual team I'll be working with was nice.

They inspire everyone at the company to do their best work. They've set very lofty goals for the company and continually help us achieve them.

Everyone enjoys working with eachother and loves to goof around and have a good time. When it comes time to work hard, we do that too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is hanging on- though growth has hurt it a bit. There are a lot of politics but it's fairly easy to avoid. The environment is great but theres too much emphasis on 'who you know'.
