Humble. Willing to empower people further down the chain to make important decisions. Collaborative. Very data-driven in their decision-making. Introspective about their own processes.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive for the Denver market. Fair equity ownership that is motivating to drive company success. Some nice perks, at least compared with other companies in the Denver area.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Down to a person, there is a company-wide commitment to cohesion, inclusion, transparency, the Four H's (Happy, Humble, Honest and Hungry) and Arm-In-Arm (mutual trust, collaboration and having each others' backs).
What makes you most happy at work?
Great people, nice office environment, fun perks like free lunch and Treat Yourself Tuesday, and most importantly, the sense that SendGrid is highly ambitious, tackling big challenges for our customers, and ready to punch above our weight.
