My team, being able to have an impact at every level, feeling like my opinion is taken seriously, being able to craft my own career and grow it by taking on new opportunities
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are very close-knit and are friends outside of work for the most part. There are no politics. If you fit the 4H culture, you are welcomed with open arms. Everyone has each others' backs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
4H culture is real. We have managed to keep it through all of our growth. Hiring is stringent as you have to fit the culture to work here and make SendGrid the utopia it is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our CEO's 'servant leadership' approach is a breath of fresh air. He puts himself at the bottom of the pyramid and everyone else above him, and makes it clear he is here to serve. My direct manager is a rockstar too!
