I love working here. There have been times when I get frustrated or it's been hard, but the people I work with make it worth it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it's unique to my department, location and gender to be honest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The perks are unreal, I eat breakfast and lunch at the office everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a privilege to be in one of the smaller offices and we're a family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They have my back no matter what. We're a family, we're there for each other in any way we can be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hanging out with everyone in the kitchen. Grabbing our laptops and working together in communal spaces. We have a good time together.

The people I work with! We have so much fun together, even during difficult situations, we band together to support each other an find a solution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Sameer practices what he preaches. He is a servant leader through and through. He makes real connections with the folks that work here and remembers everyone's name.

Sameer is the most approachable CEO I've ever encountered. He has an incredible knack for being down to Earth and incredibly laid back while still commanding a room. He's really the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team. We are a tight knit group who have each other's backs and are giving the autonomy we need, while being completely supported by our lead. I'm really proud of what we're able to accomplish together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We tend to end up congregating together in my office. We just like each other. Even though we're not all on the same teams, we like to each lunch and hang out together. It really helps make the communication between teams and orgs so much easier because we have people we know and trust we can go to.
