Our leadership team is comprised of some of the smartest and most talented executives that are also huge culture fits. The leadership team is unique and perfect for SendGrid.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is evaluated fairly against market and performance on an ongoing basis. It's never set-it-and-forget-it. And I feel rewarded for my tenure and commitment to the company. However, the best part about our compensation package is all of the hidden perks: lunch, allowances, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When you walk in the hallways, everyone smiles and says hello. The people generally care about who you are personally to the point that it feels like one big family. Plus, we're open to being vulnerable with each other and appropriately hug it out from time to time.
