It's a very supportive and inclusive culture.

Great benefits, lots of options to choose from and many perks. Stock options are also fantastic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the openness and transparency of our leadership team and how they deal with problem areas quickly rather than simply sweeping things under the rug.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and the work I get to do, but honestly there very few things about working at SendGrid that don't make me happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is made up of people that come from a variety of backgrounds, we get along famously, have each other's back and all of us are willing to go the extra mile.
