They are the fifth H....Hustlers! They are supportive, collaborative, and they get stuff done!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent and open. They have the best interest of the company and all the employees in mind when they make decisions, and truly embody the 4H's of our culture: Happy, Hungry, Humble and Honest.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since we have gone public, the ESPP/RSU grants are excellent incentives. Unlimited sick days and vacation days are also fantastic. It doesn't help my waistline but having a daily stipend for food is also a huge perk!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
SendGrid's 4H's support many amazing things with our culture. We are inclusive and truly enjoy any instance where we can collaborate outside our work teams. It's a super positive environment, and the people we work with are not just smart and good at their jobs, they are good people!
