SendGrid believes in our values and it exudes right into our culture. We have fun events, an awesome Exec team, tons of perks, laughter and hard work throughout.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is a strong, connected team who respect one another and the work they are responsible for. They practice Servant Leadership philosophy and are great examples of a strong Exec team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
SendGrid is very fair and competitive when it comes to compensation. Coupled with great employee perks which save me money and goes straight to my overall compensation plan.
