My team. The feeling that I contribute and hard work pays off.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare and compensation are great but I wish we were compensated more/better for gym memberships and race entry fees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency and honesty always. They aren't impossible to schedule time with to connect one-on-one. Personable and understanding on a very warm, human-connection level. Everyone one!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is so well-rounded in terms of personalities, skills, styles and communication. We all bring something different to the table and it doesn't feel clicky - big plus!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can literally always hear someone laughing! But efficiency and execution is on-pointe. It pushes you to keep up but in a way you feel you are personally benefited by the stretch.
