Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

while employed the insurance company in the pharmacy and the doctors were outrageous, co-pays and coinsurance is

Having the abulity to be pad by the company for holidays rather than taking my personal time off to cover holidays.

No special recognition for going over and above. I believe an employee always should give a little more than you get back. However, it's hard when your employer doesn't even give an "atta Boy"

Wore too many hats in one role with lack of training and leadership support.

Because Sentara Healthcare does not value their employees.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Compared to Howard Kerns salary of 12 million a year, no the rank and file workers are not paid fairly

Lack of appreciation respect empathy

Review from Customer Support Dept

It's politics over talent and skill. The line managers are uncomfortable working with subordinates with constructive feedback to offer resulting in them being axed eventually on false premises

No stock plan I’m aware of. Our benefits cost more than most companies. We are only offered one insurance to pick from, which cost more and we pay more for our copays and prescription tear

Review from Customer Support Dept

A pay raise and better staffing

Review from Operations Dept

Great teamwork, management of certain departments is lacking
