Friendliness. Patients are the priority.
In Corporate there wasn't much. Managers could get away with anything, while their employees would suffer. The only positive is the healthcare for the community, BUT what about your staff's mental health as they are pulled, and over worked. No balance.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Work life balance and managerial support
In a nonprofit hospital, much of the profit is given to administrators as a bonus, for meeting certain goals. Administrators should work for salary only, staff should get bonus money, and money spent to improve staffing ratios, not line the pockets of administrators.
Having the right people at the mid-levels. People who value performance over politics.
Slow the pace so we can focus on our patients
