Wore too many hats in one role with lack of training and leadership support.

I liked mostly how the team "acted" as if they were a big family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Poor support from leadership, the blind leading the blind, unethical and lack compassion and intergrity.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers are depressed and morale is low. Many on FMLA, a few resigning. Most are like robots.
What makes you most happy at work?
That my transparency gained the trust of employees, and I know I was righteous and they felt that as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In Corporate there wasn't much. Managers could get away with anything, while their employees would suffer. The only positive is the healthcare for the community, BUT what about your staff's mental health as they are pulled, and over worked. No balance.
