I've been in two different positions. The benefits and pay are good. Employees are good and competent. Like a family. Biggest drawbacks: communication and onboarding - from HR all the way down the line through training. They need a consultant for both.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendliness. Patients are the priority.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They try to get to know the true you.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Student loan repayment, bonuses, generous COL increases, good disability coverage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Positivity and commitment. Most of them really care about their company and the community.
What makes you most happy at work?
The cooperation between different departments- they're all nice to each other and get the job done, even if it's a wonky process from miscommunication.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Once again - this company just doesn't know how to communicate. I think communication classes for everyone - but especially leadership - would be great.
