I worked the second shift. There was a lot of playing around on that shift people talking about people. It was just very unprofessional.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
making Supervisor, Leeds, coworkers to remain professional, not sit behind a person registering a patient on their phone and eating when they were a lead person and when a lead person yells at you in front of people, that's very unprofessional
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
not yell at employees in front of other staff members or in front of patients coming in to be registered or in the emergency room they need to have at least one person to do the training. to have four or five people train you when they all do it a different way is not good training
