Directors need to be more aware of what their managers are doing. Directors & managers need to stop showing favortism.

Executive leadership ( directors) need tonstonturning a blind eye to Management behavior Managers need to retake all those “leadership” classes that teach against favortism

If you are qualified for a job then you should be interviewed, if you apply to more than one position under the same manager you should be interviewed for all

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No stock plan I’m aware of. Our benefits cost more than most companies. We are only offered one insurance to pick from, which cost more and we pay more for our copays and prescription tear
