Overall my experience is good, but there is a large lack of accountability at the VP/C level. "The end justifies the means" is the motto for sales; if sales misleads a customer it is up to the rest of the company to make the fiction into reality.

CEO gets it, he says the right things. some others do too, but not all.

My team is brilliant and they are accountable to themselves, each other, and the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work with really really *really* smart people. It makes me want to be a better human.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is what I would expect, the equity is nice, the WFH stipend is new but pretty cool, could be a little more or an anual stipend.
