the salary is great but I do wish there was some portion of matching our 401k

He is very invested in my growth both personally and professionally. I have never felt so empowered to be my self, run my own business and have the support of my manager.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
even though i've only been here a month, this company is just amazing. The value stands true in that we are one team and we all succeed as a team and learn as a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my teammate has given me a mentorship like no other. I am only a month into my role and feel like i've been here years with how much he has helped, made me feel confident and given me tools to succeed
