I started 6 months ago, and it was the best decision I've made. I love the culture of the company and the technology we provide. The amount of passive learning I've gained about the industry in such a short period of time is amazing and I love that there is a clear progression path.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that we are helping business' in protecting against potential detrimental threats and the fact that the technology pretty well sells itself.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Accelerated commission for when you excel in your role. This gives added incentive to not only perform, but to go beyond what is expected of you.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a small team in APJ compared to other regions, the best thing about the team is that everyone is from completely different cultural backgrounds. Having a diverse teams is awesome.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As a team that is almost entirely virtual across APJ. I think the leadership team do an awesome job at making sure we all stay connected as an entire APJ team and make work fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family aspect. The team sees each other as a family and it makes you feel excited to come to work. In the virtual age of working on zoom I think it is extremely important to have a fun work culture to keep you going in these testing times, and SentinelOne definitely provides that.
