The people I work with are incredible. Smart, dedicated, and number #1 employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not know how you can fix a manger that should have never been in charge of managing people.

I work with rockstar individuals who are extremely talented and great at their jobs. It makes me happy to continue to learn new things through my peers

Although it's fast pace and I work a lot. I do have co workers to lean on who understand the mission we are working toward that makes it all worth it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have spoken to almost every person on the leadership team and you do not get that at other companies. Plus they are passionate individuals each one and that is special to have!
