The leadership team is driven and collaborative while also humble, transparent, and not afraid of debating decisions or changing tactics to support the business and the employees. They set the expectation for all of us and the company culture benefits.

Everyone is pleasant, understanding, smart, and focused on the business. People are clear and transparent about their own priorities in their role. There is not time for wasted energy or politics. People also are really understanding about work/life balance and taking time when you need it.
