Good in 90% of everything. No real complaints. Though the work is dull when working alone at home for hours. The company could be more aware of the employee experience and make accommodations for in-office opportunities without excluding non-vaccinated workers who otherwise want to be in the office.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexible schedule. PTO, computer work is straightforward. Though longing for people to be around.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are optimistic and offer feedback and advice. They give space for my contributions. I enjoy the potential in the role to grow into another more advanced role. The team has been supportive of me and my growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Promotions from the inside and messaging from top leadership that there is security in our positions at the company. Also, helping others in the tech industry and being on the cutting edge of tech is a fun position to be in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I haven't met them yet, so I can't honestly say. Though I see they are leading in a positive direction for the company. A call or interaction from leadership would be a good idea to build invested relationships with the regular employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My health insurance has a huge deductible and I can't use my insurance this year at all because of that. I wish I was advised individually on how/what to enroll for regarding health insurance. Comp is okay. The workplace should be more interactive and inclusive. Work/Meetings with no relationships.
