The team I work with and figuring out how to get things done.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The quarterly vesting and every 6 months for bonuses. I think that helps with both the short-term perks and the long-term marathon.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very knowledgeable in what they do and ask really good questions about what we are doing and why. They all want to learn and get to the next level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From the team I've met they are to the point and open to constructive criticism and really want to do things the right way but also understand pragmatism to get things done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The org I am in we're interested in long term correctness and how to economically sustainably get there and pragmatically understand what to build what when so e don't have issues in the future.
