I feel that all people are valued and contributing members of a whole, and are looked at as fellow human beings and not just "robots".
What makes you most happy at work?
I think what makes me most happy at work is when I know I've put in the work and I see the results of my efforts.

I feel like the leadership team has a clear vision for where they see SentinelOne going, and they do well in communicating that vision to the employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best thing about my compensation package is that I'm able to earn quite a bit more on top of my base pay in commissions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I think the ability to achieve goals I set for myself brings a sense of happiness and satisfaction. I also enjoy the team comraderie we share on my specific team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are invested in each other's success. My team mates will go above and beyond to help each other out when someone is having difficulty understanding something. I would also consider them my friends in addition to being my co workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say the most positive thing about the culture and environment here at SentinelOne is the collaborative nature in how we work. There are also rewards given for a job well done, which goes a long way towards motivating a high performing atmosphere.
