It has hands down been the single greatest place I have ever worked. I plan on retiring as a proud Senitnel.

Very open culture and an extremely supportive and encouraging work environment, I couldn't ask for more.

They are all very willing to help when I have questions and are very open to collaboration.

The gratification I get from customers who also feel that our platform provides the absolute best in EPP/EDR and beyond.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's all well above average for the area that I live in. No complaints about any of the compensation package on my end.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers learn something new about the product and helping them have the best possible security stance. It is very gratifying to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so supportive and always willing to lend a hand. I have worked for other security vendors where their individual short-term bottom line matters more than the team as a whole. I am happy to report that SentinelOne is the complete opposite of that.
