The salary and commission structure is above average for the position I hold at SentinelOne.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be completely transparent in regards to the next steps to help define us as a leader in the space.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I can go to my manager, other leaders in the company, or HR, to have my concerns heard. I also feel valued, and that seems to be hard to find these days in a numbers-driven world!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is forever evolving. We strive to be the best we can be and push each other to be better. We openly share best practices with each other for the betterment of the company. At the end of the day, we just want to WIN! Let's go!!!
