I think we're providing a service/product that is very valuable to our customers. I dig that.

I get paid based upon my performance...just as it should be. Stock options are a huge benefit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear vision and great communication! They leave no doubt as to the goals and direction of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unlike other places I've worked, there seems to be a real sense of family here. The company also cares greatly about the employees. What other company gives employees a day off to vote? None.
