I like many things about this company, but the main one is having a manager that respects that you also have a life outside work and who you can talk freely to. I think the company still lacks process structure and needs to improve the channel relationship in order to boost its brand reputation.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I like many things, specially my peers and how much everyone is invested. But lately, with all the pressure, micromanaging and special attention to everything you do or don't do, it started to get overwhelming, specially with the current situation we are facing. We are still humans after all.

When things work and there's no many fires to put out. We need to work on many things yet in order to keep moving forward, specially the channel.
