I'm in sales, I have a hard job but it's a job that I love. It motivates me and the company is always pushing us to do better and be better.

My split is fair, and it's attainable

Challenges. Everyday is something new, and that's great.

Failure is not an option. When there is a problem, the whole company can come together and help out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is awesome, you can tell he cares and does everything in his power to make sure we are happy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have our own Slack channel to not only bounce ideas and find help but also joke around. It's a fun spot on Fridays.

I have worked for a lot of startups, and pre-IPO companies and this leadership team had the vision and ingenuity to get us to that next level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm given the option to work on side projects. I can not only build things that will help myself but also my team members. We are a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The whole company acts as a team. I can talk to anyone at anytime and we all know it's for the greater good. It's a great culture when you know you can talk to anyone at any level.
