In general it's the best company I worked for so far. It's also the most challenging duty in my career which is another great opportunity to gain further seniority on a daily base. I am happy to be part of the ride and strongly believe that we have a bright future ahead of us.

There will never be something like the perfect company, but we are very close to this. I enjoy the people, the collaboration and the unspoken will to move things forward in almost any people's eyes. We face a set of growth challenges, but I am confident we are getting there.

ESPP still not available for my country. Thinks my salary is the lowest compared to all others in my role.

We do have a really open and trustful relationship that helps to drive great results. I can 100% rely on my team. Anytime.

You can ask anybody for help and you usually get what you need. We have a great supportive culture without politics and ego.

The way we deal with people at all is very positive. You don't feel to be just human capital with a number on it. This is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
The process of finally achieving a certain (difficult) goal within the team. Which usually results in getting a deal in after a lot of discussions, headaches, sleepless nights and creative brainstorming session on what to do next.
