After 4 years at SentinelOne, I think I can surely say it's a great company to work for, with a great executive team. The managers in the company are very inexperienced and tend to make mistakes, but it's ok this is how they learn.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team & Team Leader & Group manager. My work - I am getting better every day, while clearly contributing to sentinels goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It would be nice to have an audience 1*1 with the leadership in the company. As a simple employee, it's extremely hard to get my ideas noticed when focusing on delivering the day-to-day tasks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are at the same age, all of us are 20 - 30 years old we have a great culture. We have a great manager and can interact easily. Moreover, all of us are army intelligence cadets its amazing to work with fast thinking practical developers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the company culture is deteriorating especially now during the covid time, as a group we manage to keep our selves close, but this is definitely not a company achievement, this is a win for our amazing team and group. PS. Definitely not sending people drawing sets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in Sentinel for 4 years at this point I am almost fully vested. If my compensation is a summary of my salary and my options. Now after 4 years, my salary is going to be downgraded and I feel it's a good reason to start looking for a new place.
