i think the people are very talented. the team is leading very interesting projects with new tech. my team leader is highly intelligent and I think highly of her. i learn a lot from 2-3 other people in the team. we support each other .

The PMs are not good enough They are not responsive and often not familiar with the work. The RND is quite good, many talented people, but there are many gaps we should address but we don’t because we don’t have time and do not prioritize it enough unfortuna

smart mature people. seniors. i learn from them and interactions are always positive

Flexibility Everyone is able to work from remote which is comfortable

i think they care about the people and also we can learn from them.

RSUs - shares of the company And also basic salary is good

Who is the leadership team ? My VP? If so, I like that I have independence to operate and I think he trusts me

challenges. people at my team. i like my tasks. i feel like i am doing a lot and leading the way to success in my projects
