- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Our benefits are extremely expensive. To insure my family costs me 12k a year. Other companies in the Bay Area pay 100% of their employees premiums. We get email after email about how well Sephora is doing, but we dont see any compensation related to that. Bonuses are taxed like crazy.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?My department is being closed but with all of the job requirements added over the past year, I believe we should have received at least $2-$3 more.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Ease of moving up to a higher position and more flexibility with hybrid work.
