Mr. David L. Schneider has been the Chief Revenue Officer of ServiceNow, Inc. since June 2014. Mr. Schneider serves as an Advisor of Nutanix, Inc., and SolidFire, LLC. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. He served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services at ServiceNow, Inc. (formerly Service -now.com) from June 06, 2011 to June 2014. Prior to joining ServiceNow, he served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales of the backup recovery systems division of EMC from July 2009 to June 2011. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Sales, EMC Backup Recovery Systems (BRS) Division. He held senior positions at Data Domain, Inc. from January 2004 to July 2009. He served as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Data Domain, Inc. since January 2008, where he developed and executed the global sales strategy and oversaw all sales, pre-sales and professional services. He served as the Vice President of North American Sales at Data Domain, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Worldwide Sales since January 2004. From May 2002 to January 2003, he served as the Vice President of Western United States Sales at TogetherSoft Corporation (later acquired by Borland Software Corporation). From January 1999 to May 2002, he served as Western Regional Manager of Iona Technologies, Inc. He served as an Executive in Residence at Greylock and NEA (New Enterprise Associates). Prior to joining Data Domain, he drove significant sales growth for several enterprise technology companies. From January 2003 to December 2003, He served as Vice President of Alliances, Channel and OEM sales of Borland Software, a position he assumed when his former company, Togethersoft and he also led western sales region of Togethersoft. He served as Senior Sales and Sales Management of Onyx Software and Pinnacle Micro. He has been a Director of Datrium, Inc. since November 7, 2017. He serves as a Director of Simply Continuous, Inc. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Birst, Inc. since January 23, 2014. He served in a Board Position at Comprehend Systems from September 2014 to November 2016. Mr. Schneider holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
