the compensation and salary are not as per the position and responsibilities. those who have admin duty and routine duties are all equal to those who have very critical responsibilities. all say and paid the same amount. just manager paid too much comparing to us.

Good salary needed to work
I am literally doing the workload of 2 maybe even 3 people. I have not had a saturday off in over a month I been doing working 6 days a week this is insane we are so understaffed too. Someone above me literally threw me under the bus so he looked good. I need a raise

Better health care that isn't so expensive, more vacation time - I had to work 8 months before getting a direct hire position and then had to wait another 3 months to start accumulating vacation time. Too long, I am still tired. I have worked all pandamic and no compensation mos. paycut 20%.

At our local SGS we dont have any stock equity and we also havent gotten increase of our salary over 10 years and not even an adjustment on the inflation. I would be happy that every year based on everyone performance to be increased the salary and not getting paid the same as the lazy guys.
