I just really enjoy my job, and while I don't love my pay, the other benefits are great too.
Helping patients and making progress

Knowing that my coworkers and manager will support me throughout the day
Close to my home, working with outpatient and providing better patient care
Interacting with my patients. Meeting the challenge of holding onto hope for someone when they are not at point in their lives where they are able to do that for themselves.
