I feel valued as an employee and a patient. I wake up every day excited to go to work and make a difference, knowing that my voice matters and the work I do impacts the health and wellbeing of those I care for and work with.

Leadership has recently changed. Its notnlike it was before- it seems to less collaboative.

Lets just say the better the worker the worst your treated. The lazy people get rewarded

The working environment is fine. It's a good job and I'm working with good people. I don't love going to work everyday and there are problems but I don't hate it.

The PFS department is a liability for Sharp Healthcare. Management creates a hostile work environment where harassment and retaliation is acceptable.

Leadership is very inclusive when decisions are made within the department, and I trust the decisions that are made.

They are trying to make the environment better ans focus more on people

Not having favorites and having acutal leadership experience. Its like they hire anyone

Leadership is not in the same union as staff and it creates a culture where it feels like it’s ‘us against them’ and they do take advantage of employees who don’t request union support in meetings etc.

I have high quality health insurance coverage and retirement options

Overall its well balanced - the one improvement could be a pre tax match vs post tax match

I like that that my department heads share information with us about what is going on behind the scenes. It's rare something happens (good or bad) and we didn't already know it was coming.

My team is very competent at what they do. We really on each other and are able to help each other out.

Honestly at this point there is nothing positive people talk behind eachothers back all the time. It used to be a greatvplace to work but not anymore cause there is no structure
