Honestly at this point there is nothing positive people talk behind eachothers back all the time. It used to be a greatvplace to work but not anymore cause there is no structure

The company works hard and invests a lot of marketing in company culture. ‘The Sharp Experience’ is well known in San Diego and Sharp tends to hire employees with customer service backgrounds to further this patient satisfaction goal which unfortunately does sometimes come before patient safety.
